Oral Presentations

Each Oral Presenter will be given 15 minutes for presentation. Kindly restrict the number of slides to 12 so that you do not go over the time allotted to you. In view of the large number of participants, no extra time will be allowed.

Note: Please express your respect towards your colleagues by limiting your presentations to 15 minutes.

Poster Presentations

Instructions for Poster Presenters

• Each poster presenter will be given a 3-minute Speed Presentation slot. Please present only the most important findings or observations, using about 3 slides.
• In addition, you are expected to display your poster on the poster board provided.
• Poster Board Size: 1000 mm (width) x 2000 mm (height)
• Recommended Poster Size: A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm), portrait orientation. While this is the recommended size, innovative use of the available space, including 3D posters, is welcome.
• Please express your respect towards colleagues by strictly limiting your presentations to 3 minutes.

Publication

You do NOT have to submit full papers for the conference. We plan to invite several presenters to submit their full papers for publication as a journal special issue or book. Therefore, we suggest that your presentations include all the material that will go into a full paper.

Conference Program

The conference program will be edited and published online, and will include all the abstracts and contact details.
